About the Role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate with IT Specialism to join our small and friendly export team. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on warehouse operations with technical problem-solving. You’ll play a key role in ensuring parcels are processed, packed, and shipped worldwide, while also assisting with IT troubleshooting to keep our systems running smoothly.If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and the challenge of balancing logistics with technology, this role is for you.
Warehouse & Export Operations
Receive, check, and process incoming parcels and palletized shipments.
Use our computerized systems to register, consolidate, and prepare shipments for export.
Produce accurate shipping documents (airway bills, invoices, export codes).
Repackage items to minimize customer shipping costs while maintaining compliance.
Prepare shipments for courier collection, ensuring security and professionalism.
Handle parcels safely, including lifting packages of varying weights and sizes.
IT Support
Assist the IT team with diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
Carry out proactive IT maintenance (equipment checks, system updates, troubleshooting).
Support the smooth operation of scanners, printers, and online shipping systems.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping environment (preferred).
Strong IT skills with basic troubleshooting knowledge (hardware/software/networking).
Excellent communication skills for working with customers, couriers, and colleagues.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
Physically fit, with the ability to safely lift and move parcels of all sizes.
A proactive, adaptable team player with a positive attitude
