About the Role
Join our team as a Maintenance Tech supporting manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring smooth production processes. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues, reading technical schematics, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Pay Rate:$28.00-$34.00/hour
Available Shift Times
- Monday–Friday, 1st shift - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing machinery
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Safely operate tools and maintenance equipment
- Document maintenance activities and communicate issues effectively
- Support safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Dependability with excellent attendance and commitment to safety
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
