Job Overview

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing facility's Facilities team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, automation controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

This position is responsible for performing preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, completing repairs, and ensuring facility systems operate safely and efficiently to support daily production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical controls, machinery, and plant equipment.

• Maintain and troubleshoot automation controls, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment schematics.

• Operate electrical testing equipment, including voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters.

• Establish and maintain equipment maintenance and calibration schedules.

• Monitor and complete maintenance projects within established timelines.

• Ensure facility support systems, including power and water supply, remain operational.

• Maintain plant HVAC systems, including filter replacement and coil cleaning.

• Identify equipment issues and resolve problems while minimizing production downtime.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company quality, safety, environmental, and workplace regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Associate degree or advanced technical training/certifications preferred, particularly in Electrical Technology.

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.

• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be flexible and available for required overtime, including weekends, holidays, and off-shifts.

Compensation & Schedule

• Temporary Pay: $28.00/hour

• Permanent Pay: $30.00/hour

• 1st Shift: Monday – Saturday

• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM

• Overtime required based on production and facility needs.
