About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth operations. You'll repair mechanical and electrical components, support emergency repairs, manage inventory and documentation, and collaborate with team members to uphold safety and quality standards.

- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Second shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Repair production equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency repairs
- Submit parts and service requests
- Maintain tools, inventory, and documentation
- Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor and Planner
- Follow OSHA, HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
- Welding, fabrication, or machining skills are a plus
- Exposure to HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry helpful
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs
- Technical degree or Journeyman card preferred but not required
