About the Role
As a Lumper / Freight Unloader, you'll be responsible for efficiently unloading freight, sorting products, building pallets, and preparing shipments for warehouse distribution. You will work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals while maintaining safety and accuracy in a high-volume setting.
Pay Rate:

Key Responsibilities
- Unload trailers containing diverse products efficiently and safely.
- Sort, organize, and palletize freight according to specifications.
- Utilize pallet jacks and material handling equipment correctly.
- Verify freight quantities and identify damaged or misplaced items.
- Maintain safety protocols and a clean work environment.
- Assist with trailer cleanout, staging, and warehouse housekeeping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of shipments.
Key Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience with freight unloading, pallet building, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
