About the Role
The Janitorial Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment throughout the facility. This includes cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas, as well as restocking supplies and reporting any concerns.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Available Shift Times
- Sunday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
- Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, countertops, and other surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
- Replenish restroom/breakroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Properly use and store cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor
Key Requirements
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (standing, walking, bending, lifting)
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Previous janitorial/custodial experience preferred, but not required
- Professional, safety-minded approach at work
