About the Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will support both office and warehouse technology needs, including devices, printers, scanners, and network systems. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and ensure seamless technology operations for a busy distribution center.

Available Shift Times
Multiple shifts available; flexibility required to meet operational demands
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot tablets, laptops, desktops, scanners, and warehouse devices
- Support device inventory tracking, deployment, and return processes
- Maintain and troubleshoot Zebra printers, label printers, RF scanners, and related warehouse technology
- Resolve Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues
- Provide basic computer and office IT support for staff
- Respond promptly to operational technology issues and document recurring problems
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or warehouse tech support preferred
- Experience with IT device setup and troubleshooting, especially in warehouse or distribution environments
- Knowledge of Zebra printers, RF scanners, and network troubleshooting preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and lift/or move IT equipment
- Comfortable working on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced setting
