About the Role

As an Inventory/Cherry Picker Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately managing inventory, replenishing product, picking orders, and safely moving materials throughout the facility. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, order picking, or operating powered warehouse equipment.

Pay Rate

$17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Shift

1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Overtime may be required or available based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a cherry picker/order picker safely and efficiently

• Pick and replenish inventory using handheld scanners or warehouse technology

• Accurately locate, count, and organize inventory

• Receive, verify, and put away incoming shipments

• Prepare products and materials for shipment

• Load and unload materials as needed

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Key Requirements

• Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred

• Previous cherry picker/order picker experience a plus

• Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience a plus

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other warehouse technology

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic math and inventory skills

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required

• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

• Ability to work overtime when needed

• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
