As the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you’ll help ensure a seamless experience for internal teams while also supporting legal workflows, case documentation, and communication with external counsel. This is an ideal role for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for organization, and the ability to juggle priorities without dropping the ball..

Pay rate: $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Be the go-to contact for HR-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners

Maintain digital employee records in compliance with legal and company standards

Prepare and submit regular reports on HR metrics, employee relations, and compliance

Support HR initiatives including staffing documentation, performance reviews, and training logistics

Manage the HR@ and ER@ mailboxes, addressing employee questions around policies, procedures, and benefits

Organize and manage legal case files, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

Support the SVP of HR with client-facing legal tasks, timelines, and coordination with legal counsel

Pull and analyze data from HR platforms (e.g., Bullhorn One and ADP) for legal reviews, investigations, or audits

Draft correspondence, submit legal forms, and support document workflows

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth alignment between HR and Legal operations
What You Bring

2+ years of experience in HR administration , legal support , or administrative coordination

Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and document handling

Familiarity with legal processes or case file management is a strong plus

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS tools, and digital filing systems

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity

Strong written and verbal communication with attention to tone and clarity
- Adaptable and resourceful with a proven ability to manage shifting priorities
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
