Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where precision, confidentiality, and communication are key? Our team is seeking a Legal / HR Administrator to support the backbone of our Human Resources and Legal functions.

As the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you’ll help ensure a seamless experience for internal teams while also supporting legal workflows, case documentation, and communication with external counsel. This is an ideal role for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for organization, and the ability to juggle priorities without dropping the ball..

Pay rate: $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to contact for HR-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners

  • Maintain digital employee records in compliance with legal and company standards

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on HR metrics, employee relations, and compliance

  • Support HR initiatives including staffing documentation, performance reviews, and training logistics

  • Manage the HR@ and ER@ mailboxes, addressing employee questions around policies, procedures, and benefits

  • Organize and manage legal case files, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

  • Support the SVP of HR with client-facing legal tasks, timelines, and coordination with legal counsel

  • Pull and analyze data from HR platforms (e.g., Bullhorn One and ADP) for legal reviews, investigations, or audits

  • Draft correspondence, submit legal forms, and support document workflows

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth alignment between HR and Legal operations


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration , legal support , or administrative coordination

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and document handling 

  • Familiarity with legal processes or case file management is a strong plus

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS tools, and digital filing systems

  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity

  • Strong written and verbal communication with attention to tone and clarity

  • Adaptable and resourceful with a proven ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
