Integrity Staffing Solutions is now hiring Industrial Cleaning Technicians / Housekeepers to support warehouse and facility operations in Greenwood, IN. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced supply chain environment, focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy workplace across office, restroom, breakroom, and warehouse areas.

Job Responsibilities
-
Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
-
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors in administrative and warehouse spaces
-
Clean desks, counters, sinks, toilets, appliances, and fixtures
-
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
-
Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, baseboards, and vent dusting
-
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors and operational zones
-
Remove debris including shrink wrap, labels, cardboard, plastic, and broken pallets
-
Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility
-
Stage and load broken pallets onto designated pallet trailers
-
Clean around racking, dock doors, PIT parking areas, and pedestrian walkways
-
Identify and immediately report spills, leaks, or unsafe conditions
-
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists using CMMS systems
-
Upload required photos and documentation of completed tasks
-
Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to leadership
-
Follow all site safety policies and OSHA requirements
-
Wear required PPE including high-visibility vest, steel-toe footwear, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection
-
Operate PIT or cleaning equipment when trained and authorized
-
Maintain clear aisles, emergency exits, and fire safety zones at all times
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of industrial, warehouse, or commercial cleaning experience
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
-
Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment
-
Experience operating—or willingness to be trained on—PIT equipment such as forklifts, sweepers, or scrubbers
-
Basic familiarity with mobile systems or CMMS platforms
-
Strong safety awareness and hazard recognition
-
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
-
Reliable attendance and strong time management skills
