About the Role
As a Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll help ensure accurate, timely order processing while maintaining strong quality and safety standards. You may rotate across departments as business needs change.
Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour
Available Shift Times
- Shift 1 (Days): Sun–Wed 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Shift 2 (Days): Thu–Sat 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Shift 3 (Nights): Sun–Tue 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Shift 4 (Nights): Wed–Sat 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Stow, scan, pick, pack, load/unload, inspect, and audit items with safety and accuracy
- Maintain high quality standards in product handling and packaging
- Meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Rotate to other departments and work extended hours/overtime as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Key Requirements
- Prior logistics/fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; bend, reach, twist, squat as needed
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance expectations
- Experience using handheld scanners
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused with strong communication skills
