We’re seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, receiving, organization, and general facility upkeep.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and make sound decisions quickly
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise
- Process customer orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and preparing shipments
- Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, and bins according to company standards
- Receive and open bales, crates, and other containers
- Accurately receive, stock, and store incoming inventory
- Perform physical inventory counts
- Prepare parcels for mailing and shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Sweep, dust, mop, and keep workstations and storage areas orderly
- Contribute ideas to improve warehouse operations and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb ladders or stairs to stock shelves
- Frequently bend, twist, stoop, reach, and lift/move inventory weighing up to 40 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Work in varying warehouse conditions, including heat, cold, and noise
- Ability to perform tasks requiring close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of warehouse and forklift experience required
- Current forklift certification required
- Ability to safely operate:
- Sit-down forklift
- Reach truck
- Clamp truck
- Hand truck
- Pallet jack
- Other warehouse material handling equipment
- Strong communication, organizational, time management, and basic math skills
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual
- Inventory control, equipment maintenance, data entry, and basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
