Job Summary

Integrity Staffing is seeking dependable and safety-conscious Material Handlers with forklift experience to support warehouse and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move, stack, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.

• Move products and raw materials to designated storage and production areas.

• Pick, stage, and organize materials for shipping and receiving.

• Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred.

• Prior forklift operating experience required.

• Current forklift certification preferred; willingness to complete employer-required training may be considered.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by the position.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work ethic.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
