We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team in Texas. This role is crucial in expanding our client base within the region, driving revenue growth, and establishing Flexport as the preferred logistics partner for businesses of all sizes.

What You'll Do:

Prospect and Acquire New Business: Identify, target, and engage with prospective B2B clients across various industries in Texas, focusing on companies with complex supply chain needs.

Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points related to their global logistics and supply chain operations. Present tailored Flexport solutions (ocean, air, trucking, customs, fulfillment, and our technology platform) that address their specific requirements and demonstrate clear value.

Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic insights.

Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed individual sales targets and contribute significantly to regional revenue goals by closing new business deals and expanding existing accounts.

Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations, prepare compelling proposals, and skillfully close complex sales cycles, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Flexport's operations, client success, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, service delivery, and continued client satisfaction.

Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the Texas logistics landscape to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

CRM Management: Accurately manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), providing regular forecasts and reports on sales activities and progress.

Represent Flexport: Act as an ambassador for Flexport, attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and solutions.

Pay Rate:$24.00
Shift Times (as available):
- Sun-Wed 8am-4pm
- Orientation will be at 9am Day 1
What You'll Bring:

proven B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain technology, or a related complex enterprise software/service environment.

Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth.

Deep understanding of global logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management principles (ocean, air, rail, truck, customs).

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to C-level executives and operational teams.

Strong business acumen and the ability to understand diverse industry verticals and their unique supply chain challenges.

Self-starter mentality with a high degree of initiative, resilience, and a results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in CRM software(e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite applications.

Ability to travel within Texas and occasionally beyond as needed to meet client and business demands.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
