About the Role
As a Staffing Assistant (FLEX), you will be the first point of contact for candidates during hiring events and in-office visits. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment, guiding applicants through the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with client procedures. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in staffing, customer service, and administrative tasks—all in a dynamic, quickly evolving setting.

Available Shift Times
Variable—10 to 40 hours per week, including some weekends and extended hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding and hiring events
- Deliver exceptional customer service to applicants
- Assist candidates with applications and screening procedures
- Verify work authorization and facilitate badge photo capture
- Administer drug screens when required
- Clearly communicate job details and address candidate questions
- Manage multiple systems and meet deadlines
- Maintain professionalism during in-person, phone, email, and live chat interactions
Key Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and quick adaptability to new platforms
- Comfortable using online tools, mobile devices, scanners, and cameras
- Excellent multitasking skills in a high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, respectful and tactful
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
- Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, recruiting, etc.)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be available to work on-site; this role is not remote
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
