Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a customer service-driven individual to join our team as a Staffing Assistant (FLEX). This is a temporary, part-time position with variable hours (10–40 hours/week), depending on business demands and scheduled hiring events. This role is on an as-needed basis, and flexibility is essential.


This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in staffing and recruiting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and guide candidates through the pre-hire onboarding process during hiring events and in-office visits.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all applicants, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Assist candidates in completing applications and pre-employment screening using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools.
  • Ensure full compliance with client hiring procedures, including:
    • Application review and data entry
    • Work authorization verification
    • Badge photo capture
    • Drug screen administration
  • Clearly explain job details and answer any questions, ensuring all candidate concerns are addressed before they leave.
  • Manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively through in-person interactions, phone calls, email, and live chat.


Requirements

  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Comfortable using online tools, mobile devices, scanners, and cameras.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and tactful approach.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and working with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Customer service experience in retail, recruiting, hospitality, or similar fields is preferred.
  • High level of integrity when handling confidential information.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be available to work in person; this role is not remote.
