We’re looking for a  Data Entry / Verification Specialist  to work at our client in Phoenix, AZ! Earn $16/hr. in a fast-paced & fun environment, supporting a well known medical verifications company. Our client is an international accredited standards development organization serving the healthcare supply chain. They put patient and product safety first, and are constantly expanding their mission to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Schedule: Monday Thru Friday
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
 

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, can communicate professionally and effectively, and can work independently. The Specialist will be responsible for processing, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our databases and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter data into various databases and systems from source documents.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors and make corrections.
  • Utilize a variety of methods for verifying data, including making phone calls, checking online sources, etc.
  • Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all information entered.
  • Perform regular quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data flow and process improvements.
  • Assist with other tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and able to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively.
  • Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Webex, Teams, and other tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to work on-site daily.
