Our client is now hiring 2 Customer Services Representatives in Irving, TX for a law firm that is devoted to providing legal representation to individuals and businesses seeking trial lawyers with the highest level of skill, experience and resources.
This is an ongoing project expected to last several months
Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hr
Available Shift Times:
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

About the Role:
Our client, a fast-growing furniture retailer with 16 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, is committed to delivering high-quality living room, bedroom, dining, mattress, and accent furniture. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Requirements (Must-Haves)
Communication Skills
- Strong, clear communicators
- Must be assertive and confident (not soft-spoken)
- Ability to de-escalate frustrated/angry callers
- Fast, accurate information collection
- High-volume call handling
- Able to move calls along efficiently
- Must manage large email queues and email-only communication
- Must remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Punctual, organized, and reliable
- Business casual appearance required
