These are temp-to-hire positions – growth potential within the company.
Do not have a license? Sign up for May 27 for a 1 day 8 hour class- everything completely paid for from the class, the licenses, and test. Plus $10/hour for food and transportation. Pass the test and your pay will be bumped up from $18.50 to $20/hour.

Pay Rate:
- $18.50/hr. for non - license
- $20/hr. license
Available Shift Times:
- (Monday - Sunday) - anytime from 8:am to 8pm flexible during these hours Plus guaranteed overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing cold calls to customers to educate and evaluate insureds policy.
- Document details of the conversation in the system
- Use dual screens to perform the job
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Inbound/Outbound call experience with great customer service skills
- Must have life Accident and Health License.
- Prior experience in collections, sales or cold calling is preferred.
- At least 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience
- Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word required.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
