- The class
- Licensing fees

Plus, you’ll earn $10/hour during training to help with food and transportation expenses.
Once you pass the exam, your pay increases from $18.50/hour to $20/hour.

Pay Rates
- $18.50/hour – Non-Licensed Agents
- $20.00/hour – Licensed Agents
Schedule
Flexible scheduling available between:
Monday – Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Plus guaranteed overtime opportunities.
Additional divisions and career paths are also available within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to educate and review insurance policies
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Navigate dual-screen systems efficiently while assisting customers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Strong inbound/outbound calling experience
- Prior collections, sales, or cold-calling experience preferred
- Accident & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain one through company-sponsored training)
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
