Customer Service Licensed Agents

We’re looking for on site Customer Service licensed agents  to join the team. Earn up to $20/hr. to start for a full service inbound and outbound contact center located in  Blue Bell, PA

These are temp-to-hire positions – growth potential within the company.

Do not have a license? Sign up for May 27 for a 1 day 8 hour class- everything completely paid for from the class, the licenses, and test. Plus $10/hour for food and transportation.  Pass the test and your pay will be bumped up from $18.50 to $20/hour.

Pay Rate:

  • $18.50/hr. for non - license
  • $20/hr. license


Available Shift Times:

  • (Monday - Sunday) - anytime from 8:am to 8pm flexible during these hours Plus guaranteed overtime.

Other divisions available within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing cold calls to customers to educate and evaluate insureds policy.
  • Document details of the conversation in the system
  • Use dual screens to perform the job


Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Inbound/Outbound call experience with great customer service skills
  • Must have life Accident and Health License. 
  • Prior experience in collections, sales or cold calling is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word required.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
