CAD Technician Role - Alpharetta, GA
Shift - First
Time - 8:30am - 5:30pm
Days - Monday - Friday
Pay - $20.00-$25.00/Hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities: - Utilize computer-based design and modeling software to create and modify digital models for production. - Develop proficiency with relevant design software, computer systems, equipment, and technology. - Stay current with new design, production, and fabrication techniques. - Develop knowledge of materials, tools, and processes relevant to the role. - Meet established productivity and quality standards after completing required training. - Accurately track assignments, projects, and workflow throughout the production process. - Monitor priorities and deadlines to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. - Maintain accurate records and communicate workflow or production issues as needed. - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: - Basic computer skills and the ability to learn specialized design and modeling software. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management. - Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and equipment. - Ability to work independently while meeting established production and quality standards. - Associate degree, technical training, or education in design, drafting, technology, or a related field preferred; **or** - Equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and work experience.
