The Onsite Operations Manager serves as the primary liaison between Integrity Staffing Solutions, our client partners, and the contingent workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through employee engagement and retention initiatives, client relationship management, workforce planning, onboarding, safety compliance, reporting, and overall client satisfaction.
You must be bilingual/fluent in both Spanish and English for consideration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement action plans to address concerns and improve performance.
- Collaborate with clients on workforce planning, staffing forecasts, onboarding & terminations
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and regular workforce communication.
- Conduct employee coaching, counseling, performance management, and corrective action when necessary.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), staffing metrics, attendance trends, turnover, productivity, and service-level agreements.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with client and company standards.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of customer service and operational effectiveness.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required.
- Minimum 3 years of operations management, workforce management, staffing, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or related leadership experience.
- Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work onsite and support flexible schedules as business needs require.
- Experience within the staffing industry is preferred
- Experience managing high-volume contingent workforces.
- Knowledge of workforce management systems, HRIS platforms, and reporting tools.
- OSHA or workplace safety training experience.
Physical Demands: At times, you may be rolling up your sleeves and fulfilling orders for our customer experience driven clients. This may require that you perform anything from driving commercial machinery, directing facility parking, working in facility process paths, walking continuously and lifting, carrying, climbing steps, pushing, pulling materials or products. You may be walking or standing your full shift.
