Onsite Operations Manager Job Summary:

This role is in person at our client location and cannot work remotely. Fluency in Spanish is required for consideration.
- Primary POC for all recruiting & client onsite activity for our temporary employes at a specific client location.
- Attend all client and internal meetings, including recruiting market analysis, marketing, labor planning, etc.
- Conduct regular meetings with Client management regarding all performance indicators specific to their location, discuss potential trends or concerns and provide solutions.
- Build and foster relationships with internal business partners to ensure clear communication and direction across departments as it relates to strategy and consistency in standard operating procedures.
- Conduct and facilitate check-ins that may occur Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends for your client starts each week.
- Train and assess onsite staff members; provide developmental coaching and positive motivation as needed
Run metric reports, analyze data, and prepare any additional report summaries to discuss any items addressed prior to attending client meetings.
Build relationships with Client managers through daily interactions and weekly meetings.
Escalate any safety or employe relations issues to Recruiting or Director level as needed
- 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, large group experience is a plus
- Staffing Agency experience highly preferred,
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Strong process focus shown in examples of creating and driving strategies that include visual controls, standard accountability process and lead standard work.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

- Travel may be 25-50%+ based upon business needs
