Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring products are  properly handled, repackaged, and prepared for outbound shipment. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Flyzen is hiring  3 associates, with a phased onboarding approach to support operational training and workflow integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform  light packaging and repackaging  of electronic products
• Assist with  basic product inspection and minor repairs  (if applicable)
• Palletize and organize shipments  for outbound distribution
• Prepare products for shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all  safety and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or light industrial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to  stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs  throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Start Details

• Full-time: Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• Hiring will occur in phases:
  • 1st associate starts immediately
  • Additional hires start approximately  one week apart
