Hiring now Quality Control Warehouse Associates. Our Quality Control (QC Dept) Warehouse Associates will be working in Arlington, Texas with Monday thru Friday shift. - QA Dresses Department
- Monday – Friday @ 8.30am – 5pm
- No prior experience needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent attention to detail to identify any defects or inconsistencies in the garments.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Aligning with the company's Core Values to ensure world class customer experience
- Must be self-disciplined and can work independently without constant oversight
- Ability to work across multiple department
- Must be able to do overtime on weekly and daily basis
- Being able to pass background
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and interact professionally with associates from other departments.
- Smell garments for body order and/or strong solvent smells
- Visually examine garments for defects such as spots, stains, holes or damage.
- Work is performed at a consistent, quick pace, with a focus on efficiency and precision to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily UPH (Units Per Hour), which measures each associate’s inspection rate. Associates are expected to meet established productivity goals. New associates follow a ramp-up plan to reach the performance level of tenured team members. UPH results are posted for associates to review.
- Prior experience with metrics is advantageous.
- Maintain daily TOT (Time Off Task) to ensure associates remain focused and productive. Excessive time off task is documented and posted for associates to see.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
- Responsible for maintaining safety guidelines, cleanliness, and security standards
