Hiring now Warehouse Associates. Our Warehouse Associates will be working in Arlington, Texas with Monday thru Friday and Sunday thru Thursday shifts. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. - Monday – Friday @ 7am – 3.30pm
- No prior experience needed
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on needs of the role.
- Proficient in basic computer use as well as the ability to operate warehouse tools (e.g.. scanner)
- Ability to understand, follow and execute written and/or verbal instructions
- Must operate with a sense of urgency, and have an eye and attention for detail
- Align with the company's Core Values to ensure world class customer experience
- Must be self-disciplined and can work independently without constant oversight
- Ability to work across multiple department
- Must be able to do overtime on weekly and daily basis
- Being able to pass background
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comply and meet standard operating procedures
- Accountable for personal time and attendance
- Communicate and cooperate with team members and leadership
- Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
- Responsible for maintaining safety guidelines, cleanliness, and security standards
- Daily extensive walking across multiple floors is required to pick assigned customer orders
- Frequent and safe use of stairs is expected
- Work will involve collaborating and interacting professionally with associates from other departments
- Certain areas, particularly within aisles, may experience elevated temperatures depending on weather conditions
- Work is performed at a consistent, quick pace with a focus on efficiency and precision to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain daily UPH (Units Per Hour), which measures each associate’s picking rate. Associates are expected to meet daily established productivity goals. New associates will follow a ramp-up plan to allow time to reach the performance level of tenured team members. UPH results will be posted for associates to review
- Having prior experience with metrics can be an advantage for associates.
- Maintain daily TOT (Time Off Task) to ensure associates remain focused and productive. Excessive time off tasks will be documented. This will be posted for associates to see as well.
