Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Assign daily tasks and schedules to warehouse associates and delivery drivers
- Monitor workflow to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time order fulfillment
- Oversee inventory handling, organization, and basic cycle counts
- Enforce warehouse safety rules and operational procedures
- Monitor proper use of equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Train warehouse staff on procedures and safety requirements
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, and administrative teams
- Support basic warehouse reporting and attendance tracking
Qualifications Required
- 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution manager experience
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and order fulfillment
- Ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate company vehicles as needed for local operational purposes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular walking/standing
- Forklift experience or willingness to be certified
- Computer literate, including basic use of inventory systems, spreadsheets, and email
Preferred
- Experience in food, beverage, or ingredient distribution
- Experience supporting a growing or newly opened warehouse
- Work Environment & Schedule
- On-site role at the Rosedale warehouse
- Bilingual in Chinese/Vietnamese (English is a must)
