Our client is now hiring Warehouse Lead in Cleburn, TX at a pay rate of up to $20/hour in a fast paced environment at a company that is an industry leader in natural processing and waste recycling.
This is a 3 month temp-to-hire position – potential convert to a full-time employee after 90 days!

About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day warehouse operations independently. This backfill position is open due to an internal promotion. The role involves hands-on warehouse work, inventory control, forklift operation, and occasional driving for hot-shot orders using a company vehicle.Pay Rate:$20hr
Available Shift Times:
- Monday - Thursday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday
- 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Paid compensation for weekend hot-shot work, if required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform picking, restocking, palletizing, and general warehouse upkeep
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate sit-down/open forklift, stand-up forklift, and SkyTrak equipment
- Complete hot-shot deliveries using a company vehicle when needed
- Utilize warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work independently as the sole warehouse employee
Key Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
- Must be able to operate sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, and SkyTrak
- Computer literate and quick learner; comfortable using warehouse technology
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work without direct supervision
- No major felonies in background
- Steel-toed boots required (additional PPE provided by employer)
