About the Position
Our client is a leader in battery production in Middletown, DE. They are currently looking to bring on a team player to fill the exciting role as a full-time Janitorial Maintenance Staff 3rd shift.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain warehouse standards for cleanliness
- Ensure all debris and rubbish are removed from the floor to prevent safety hazards
- Remove full waste containers
- Sweep, mop, facilities as needed and maintain break area
- Upkeep restroom facilities
- Report any concerns or issues to managers
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Must be able to follow strict attendance policy, arrive to work on time, work full shift.
- Must be able to work independently and complete tasks timely, without continuous oversight.
- Must wear steel toe or composite-toe boots
- Must pass a criminal background and drug screen

- 3rd shift works 6PM – 6:30am, on a rotating schedule
- Must be able to work a Rotating Shifts, 2 on 2 off, 3 on schedule which requires working every other weekend.
