About the Role
Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable, safety-focused Part-Time Warehouse Associates for a client in Louisville, KY. This position involves transporting palletized materials, loading trucks, and operating equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks.
Pay Rate:$20.00 per hour
Available Shift Times
- 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (flexible shift options depending on operational needs)
Key Responsibilities
- Move palletized materials throughout the warehouse using Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using MHE
- Operate equipment including electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand-up reach trucks
- Stage and position materials in designated warehouse areas
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements
- Read and follow work instructions, labels, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
Key Requirements
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Experience operating electric pallet jacks required or strongly preferred
- Forklift and stand-up reach truck experience preferred
- Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 25 pounds safely
- Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work scheduled hours
- High school diploma or GED preferred
