Shift Mon-Fri B2B Material Handler
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our B2B operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products to business clients, ensuring timely fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders for B2B clients according to specifications and delivery schedules
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure on-time delivery to business accounts
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Familiarity with WMS or inventory software a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity targets
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position in a warehouse/distribution center setting. Schedules may include early morning, evening, or weekend shifts depending on client needs.
