About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, labeling, and organizing incoming products, picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading materials, stocking inventory, assisting with inventory counts, processing shipments and returns, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will work alongside team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals while safely operating warehouse equipment.
Pay Rate:$19.00/hour
Shift Times: 2nd Shift | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming products and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Process shipments, transfers, and returns.
- Use warehouse equipment safely and according to established procedures.
- Identify and report damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals.
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed.
Key Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, systems, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated to contribute.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet performance expectations daily.
- Willingness to obtain equipment certification if necessary.
