Overview:
We are
seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position plays a critical role in daily warehouse operations — including order picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety throughout the warehouse.
This is a first-shift, full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering consistent hours and long-term potential with a respected company.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:

Receive order slips from the Customer Service team and verify details for accuracy.

Pick, pack, and prepare materials and products according to order specifications.

Label, organize, and stage completed orders in designated “Will Call” or “Truck Staging” areas for pickup or delivery.

Communicate with Customer Service and Warehouse staff to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
Shipping & Receiving:
-
Assist with inbound and outbound shipments by verifying packing lists, inspecting incoming materials, and ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.

Unload delivery trucks and check products for damage or discrepancies.

Tag and store incoming products in the appropriate warehouse locations.

Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring items are packaged correctly, labeled accurately, and staged for carrier pickup.

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

Collaborate with logistics or delivery personnel to coordinate efficient shipping schedules.
General Warehouse Duties:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Follow all company safety and operational procedures.

Assist in cycle counts or basic inventory tracking as needed.

Report any product shortages, damages, or quality concerns to the supervisor.

Support warehouse team in other duties as assigned.

Ability to lift, move, and carry boxes or materials up to 50 lbs regularly.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and record-keeping.

Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic and team-player attitude.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic computer skills for data entry or record updates preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment role preferred but not required.
