Now hiring Temporary Warehouse Associates in Hialeah, FL, with flexible shift options available from Sun-Wed or Thu-Sat, both from 6:30PM to 5:00AM. Earn up to $23/hour in a fast-paced, engaging environment, with a project duration of approximately 4-8 weeks. About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll focus on visual inspections and replacing worn or missing bands on equipment for a specific project. You'll record and document all replacements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

Pay Rate: Up to $23/hr

Available Shift Times  
•    Sun-Wed, 6:30PM-5:00AM  
•    Thu-Sat, 6:30PM-5:00AM  

Key Responsibilities  
•    Conduct visual inspections of warehouse equipment  
•    Replace missing or worn bands  
•    Record and document all replacements accurately  
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues  
•    Follow all safety, quality, and fulfillment standards

Key Requirements  
•    High School Diploma or equivalent required  
•    At least 18 years of age  
•    1 year of warehouse experience preferred  
•    Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures  
•    Adherence to attendance policies  
•    Ability to speak/read English  
•    Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, kneel, bend, and reach  
•    Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
