We’re looking for Experienced Warehouse Leads in Des Plaines, IL Earn $26.00/hr in a fast paced, fun environment, working with a leader in eCommerce. Experience required!

Pay Rate:$26/hour
Shift Times (as available):
- Recruiter will place you on one of the below shifts and start date can possibly change.
Full-Time
- Sunday to Wednesday from 6:30am - 5pm
- Wednesday to Saturday From 630 to 5pm
- Thursday to Sunday 6:30am-5:pm
- Saturday to Tuesday 6:30am to 5pm
Maintain open door policy with hourly associates, answering questions regarding policies and procedures, actively listening of concerns and issues raised, escalating issues as appropriate, and maintaining confidential conversations.
Coordinate and manage large group meetings for hourly associates, including Stand Up Meetings.
Provide performance feedback and disciplinary action to Onsite Team.
Communicate and audit adherence to safety and employee relations policies, investigate complaints or deviations from policy, and make recommendations for corrective action as needed.
Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality, while managing workflow for company and onsite client projects.
Participate in site and company project teams with a focus on process improvement.
