About the Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining the warehouse environment. You will work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Pay Rate:$24.25/hour
Available Shift Times:
- Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment:
Coordinating the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Safety and Compliance:
Enforcing safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Communication and Coordination:
Effectively communicating with team members, other departments, and management regarding warehouse operations and performance.
- Supervision and Leadership:
Leading and directing warehouse staff, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring team members are meeting performance expectations. - Inventory Management:
Overseeing inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring proper storage and organization of goods.

- Warehouse Management Systems:
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
- Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
- Ability to use carts, dollies and hand trucks
- Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
