About the Role
Our client is seeking reliable and safety-focused Production Associates to join our team. In this role, you will support daily food production operations in a cold, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will be key to ensuring our products meet safety and quality standards, supporting our mission to deliver healthy food options to consumers everywhere.

Pay Rate:  $16.00 per hour

Available Shift Times

  • Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Day 1 Training: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (followed by hands-on training on the production floor)


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and assist with food production line activities including packaging, labeling, and quality checks
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area following GMP and safety policies
  • Follow all hygiene, PPE, and food safety requirements as outlined by FSQA procedures
  • Report equipment issues, product contamination, or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor
  • Handle materials safely and maintain accurate labeling and documentation when required
  • Participate actively in all required safety and compliance training


Key Requirements

  • Ability to work in a cold environment with varying temperatures
  • Steel-toe safety shoes are required
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Adherence to all GMP, hygiene, and PPE policies
  • No jewelry, nail polish, or artificial nails permitted in production areas
