Now hiring for a  Plastic Injection Operator.  This is a temp to hire position for a client who is the leading global designer and manufacturer of engineered access solutions.

• Paying: $20/hour
• This is a temp to hire position.
• Background & Drug tests are required
• Company benefits after you complete the probationary period.

• Assure machines are running at peak efficiency, rate and quality throughout the shift
• Clean, inspect, lubricate and maintain injection mold tooling during the production as required
• Accurately count, box, package, and weigh completed product, accurately record production quantities
• Work accurately within the SAP business system
• Interact continuously with real time production monitoring system
• Work with robotics and other automated equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement events, JDIs and CIs when necessary

• Able to operate lift equipment, up to 55 lbs.
• Good math skills
• Ability to learn and understand SPC
• Good communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to perform job functions while standing, sitting, or walking.
• Ability to work from elevated areas.
• Ability to fully use both hands/arms including ability to reach in all directions, perform pinching operations, complete repetitive tasks, and possess good grip strength.
• Excellent mechanical skills and ability
• Ability to use measuring instruments
• Ability to read blueprints

• High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
