Order Pickers

We’re looking for a Warehouse Technician to work in Exton PA. Earn up to $19.00hr. in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Summary
The Warehouse Technician is responsible for handling the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory within
RF’s warehouse. This role ensures all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently
while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Warehouse Technician must be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Kitting multi-component bundles of snack products and labeling them with bar codes before preparing them for shipment.
• Picking, packing, and sending shipments to customers.
• Receiving and storing inventory in the warehouse.
• Quality assurance on inbound and outbound products and shipments.
• Data entry.
• Cleaning, organizing, and handling the trash and recycling of the office/warehouse.
• Fulfill and organize orders to ensure the customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
• Create accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.
• Outbound and Inbound quality assurance for RF and Partner Brands inventory.
• Works with a philosophy of leadership and continuous improvement in all aspects of the supply chain
• discipline.

• Support warehouse operations by assisting team members in various tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Perform minor maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment when necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes.

• 1+ year(s) experience working in a warehouse is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to take instruction from supervisors and execute constant guidance/oversight.
• The desire to take great pride and care in every order you fill for our customers.
• Great attention to detail when picking and shipping orders.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours between breaks), walk up to 2 miles per shift,
• and lift 50 pounds either with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexibility for overtime opportunities.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Reliability and Punctuality – applicants and employees must have reliable transportation to arrive at work
• on time.
