Do you enjoy working with your hands, building things, and solving problems? Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring an O&P Fabrication Technician I for an exciting opportunity with a medical device manufacturing facility in Orlando, FL.

In this hands-on role, you'll help fabricate, assemble, and customize orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) devices that improve mobility and quality of life for patients. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience using tools, whether your background is in manufacturing, carpentry, automotive, construction, or another skilled trade.

Prior medical device experience is not required. Candidates who are eager to learn and develop new technical skills are encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do

• Fabricate, modify, assemble, and repair custom orthotic and prosthetic devices according to established specifications.

• Use hand tools, power tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.

• Measure, cut, shape, and finish materials to ensure proper fit, function, and appearance.

• Work with a variety of materials using specialized fabrication techniques.

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and durability.

• Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and identify practical solutions.

• Assist with ordering, receiving, organizing, and maintaining supplies and inventory.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

• Follow established safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and patient needs.

• Learn new fabrication techniques, tools, and technologies through hands-on experience.

• Perform additional fabrication, maintenance, and inventory-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, automotive repair, carpentry, construction, sewing, or other hands-on trades is a plus.

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to follow instructions, learn new processes, and work with precision.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently or with a team.

• Willingness to learn specialized medical device fabrication techniques.

No previous orthotics or prosthetics experience necessary. Training may be provided.
