Maintenance Technician – Assembly Injection Molding
Peachtree City, GA | Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Shift (2-2-3)
About the Role
Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician – Assembly Injection Molding to support a leading production facility in Peachtree City, GA . Day and night shifts available earning up to $23/hour. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement of assembly equipment, injection molding machinery, and production infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair activities on assembly equipment, injection molding machines, and facility infrastructure.
- Independently execute assigned service orders and ensure timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Eliminate incidents and implement preventive maintenance measures to reduce downtime.
- Support relocation, installation, and transfer of equipment as needed.
- Manage spare parts within the assigned service area.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and internal maintenance standards (5S, VMV, SOS).
- Participate in risk assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality, and other internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Supervise or coordinate work with external contractors as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance and equipment repair, particularly in:
- Assembly systems
- Engel injection molding machinery
- Production environment peripherals
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in spare parts management.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
- Night Shift: 6:46 PM – 7:15 AM
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then alternate)
- Work Environment: 100% on-site in a high-volume, fast-paced production facility
