Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Location:  Allentown, PA 
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 10:45pm to 7:00am Sunday-Thursday
Pay Rate:$24-26/Hour Based on Experience


Position Summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions (ISS) is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team on 3rd shift. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This individual will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and production team to ensure equipment uptime and operational excellence.


Job Requirements

Education and Training

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Degree or diploma in Electronic Servicing, Engineering, or Technical field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical repair.

  • Basic understanding of a production environment.

  • Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand, bend, or walk for 8–10 hours per shift.

  • Manual dexterity and ability to safely use tools and machinery.


Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow written documentation, diagrams, and project specifications.

  • Working knowledge of multi-meters for electrical circuit testing.

  • Ability to perform basic electronic testing and soldering tasks.

  • Knowledge of motors, sensors, and control systems.

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily communication with the Maintenance Manager and production shift lead.

  • Set up, calibrate, and adjust production equipment according to job specifications.

  • Operate or assist with running production equipment when required.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery to meet OEM standards.

  • Repair and replace components on electronic boards to manufacturer specifications.

  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment.

  • Perform general building maintenance and facility repair tasks as needed.

  • Assist in the installation and removal of production equipment.

  • Maintain accurate inventory logs of parts and supplies.

  • Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.

  • Support additional maintenance projects or assignments as directed by leadership.
