About the Role
Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Peachtree City. As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to established standards and procedures.

Execute and document production processes, including line clearances, product validations, and batch changes.

Inspect finished goods for quality and compliance, completing documentation in production systems.

Follow safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and adapt to last-minute order changes.

Utilize ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Office for data entry and process tracking.

Identify risks in production and escalate concerns to maintain safety and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or related environments preferred.

Technical understanding of production processes and safety practices.

Experience with ERP/MES or production software systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work under time-sensitive production schedules.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
