Inventory Control Associate I

We’re looking for an Inventory Control Associate to work at our client in Phoenix, AZ! Earn up to $18/hr. in a fast-paced & fun environment, supporting a manufacturing warehouse.

About the Role:


Pay Rate:$18/hr

Available Shift Times:
  • Monday Through Friday – 6:00a-2:30p
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer. 
  • Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities. 
  • Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports. 
  • Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements pertaining to processes. 
  • Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Key Requirements:
  • Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer. 
  • Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities. 
  • Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports. 
  • Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements pertaining to processes. 
  • Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
  • The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Excel in particular. 
  • Experience with inventory control 
  • Ability to identify a problem and provide solutions. 
  • Experience interacting with both internal and external customers. 
  • Is able to complete work with a limited degree of supervision. 
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus.
