Integrity Staffing Solutions is now hiring an Industrial Cleaning Technician / Housekeeper in Greenwood, IN to support warehouse and facility operations in a fast-paced supply chain environment. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy workplace across office, breakroom, restroom, and operational warehouse areas. The ideal candidate has prior industrial or commercial cleaning experience and is comfortable working in an active warehouse setting.

About the Role
As an Industrial Cleaning Technician / Housekeeper, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained according to safety and housekeeping standards. This position supports both administrative spaces and warehouse operations and requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Wednesday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors in administrative and warehouse spaces
-
Clean desks, counters, sinks, toilets, appliances, and fixtures
-
Restock consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
-
Perform deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing, baseboard cleaning, and vent dusting
-
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors and operational zones
-
Remove debris including shrink wrap, labels, cardboard, plastic, and broken pallets
-
Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
-
Stage and load broken pallets onto designated pallet trailers

Clean around racking, dock doors, PIT parking areas, and pedestrian walkways

Identify and immediately report spills, leaks, or unsafe conditions
-
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping checklists using CMMS systems

Upload required photos and documentation of completed tasks
-
Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to site leadership

Follow all site safety policies and OSHA requirements

Wear required PPE including high-visibility vest, steel-toe footwear, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection

Operate PIT or cleaning equipment when trained and authorized
-
Maintain clear aisles, emergency exits, and fire safety zones at all times
Key Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of industrial, warehouse, or commercial cleaning experience
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
-
Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment
-
Experience operating—or willingness to be trained on—PIT equipment such as forklifts, sweepers, or scrubbers

Basic familiarity with mobile systems or CMMS platforms
-
Strong safety awareness and hazard recognition

Ability to work independently and follow established procedures

Reliable attendance and strong time management skills
