General Labor Rework Associate

Our client is now hiring General Labor – Rework Associates making up to $18/hour in Saginaw, TX. 

These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 90 days of work!

About the Role:

As a General Labor – Rework Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and warehouse efficiency. You’ll be responsible for reworking, repalletizing, reorganizing, and wrapping pallets to maintain pallet stability and safety. This is a hands-on role in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment—hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

This position offers the opportunity to grow into permanent roles with additional training and pay incentives for strong performers.

Pay Rate:$17-18, DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rework and repalletizing tasks

• Reorganize and wrap pallets to ensure stability

• Maintain safety awareness in a warehouse environment

• Operate forklifts if trained and certified (preferred, but not required)

Key Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive labor

• Safety awareness and ability to maintain pallet stability

• No warehouse experience required (training provided)

• Forklift experience preferred, but not required

• Must meet attendance policy (point-based; termination at 16 points)

• Must pass pre-hire requirements: drug screen and background check (no violent or assault-related offenses)
