- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (First Shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished aluminum and metal products for quality, damage, and defects
- Carefully wrap, package, and prepare finished products for shipping
- Label, organize, and stack packaged materials
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the production area
- Sort products based on size, type, and customer orders
- Verify quantities and packaging accuracy against work orders
- Use basic hand tools and packaging equipment
- Support machine operators and production team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow safety guidelines and quality control procedures
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production and shipping goals
Key Requirements
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, packing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting and packaging products
- Comfortable handling aluminum and metal materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn new tasks and assist in different production areas
- Basic ability to read labels, work orders, and measurements
- Ability to stand, reach, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Comfort working in active manufacturing and warehouse environments
- Willing to handle long or irregularly shaped materials with appropriate assistance or equipment
- Ability to wear PPE and follow safety procedures
