Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Flex Staffing Assistant to support Amazon Direct Hiring
activities onsite at our Joliet Emerald
location. This role supports high-volume candidate flow by assisting with scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding coordination, and day-to-day administrative support to help drive a smooth hiring experience.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Location:
Onsite — 201 Emerald Dr., Door 20N, Joliet, IL 60433
Location Flexibility:
This role may be required to work at other locations within 30 miles
based on business needs.
Schedule:
Full-time; weekends may be required
based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Support hiring activity for Amazon Direct Hiring (candidate communications, scheduling, and follow-ups)
- Assist with candidate processing steps and onsite readiness (check-in support, basic troubleshooting, directing escalations)
- Maintain accurate records and timely updates in the system
- Partner with onsite operations to confirm schedules, start dates, and hiring priorities
- Provide a positive candidate/associate experience in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, HR support, or high-volume customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort working onsite with walk-in/appointment traffic
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to prioritize
- Comfortable using common systems/tools (email/calendar; ATS/HR systems a plus)
