Engagement Coordinator

Position Overview
The Warehouse Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining a positive, efficient, and well-coordinated work environment for all hourly associates. This individual serves as a key point of contact for team members—helping answer questions, supporting the flow of associates during breaks and lunches, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly in all areas of the warehouse.
The ideal candidate is approachable, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, communication, and people skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-floor contact for hourly associates—answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive, professional environment.
• Help coordinate employee flow during breaks, lunches, and shift changes to ensure efficiency and minimize time off task.
• Act as a Culture Keeper by modeling Integrity’s core values and promoting teamwork, engagement, and adherence to attendance, safety, and productivity expectations.
• Monitor associate engagement, production output, and on-task performance; provide real-time coaching and encouragement to help maintain alignment with goals.
• Identify, track, and report associate barriers that impact performance or morale, ensuring timely communication and escalation with internal leaders and the client for resolution.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and communication to new and existing associates, fostering a connected and informed workforce.
• Walk process paths and production areas regularly to stay visible, address needs promptly, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Partner with operations and HR teams to implement process improvements, engagement activities, and initiatives that increase productivity and morale.

• HS Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or high-volume operations environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with a diverse workforce.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to remain calm, approachable, and professional under pressure.
• Must be comfortable spending most of the day walking or standing throughout the facility.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.

• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift (8–10 hours).
• Frequent movement through warehouse process paths and break areas.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 45 lbs as needed.
