We’re hiring enthusiastic Creative Production Assistant in Midlothian, TX for a growing furniture retailer! These full-time, temp-to-hire positions pay up to $24.00/hour (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) with conversion opportunities after successful completion of required hours. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier support.
These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 520 hours of work!
Pay Rate : $18 - $24.00 ( Depending on Experience) Available Shift Times:- Monday - Friday @ 8am - 5pm

About the Role:Our client, a fast-growing furniture retailer with 16 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, is committed to delivering high-quality living room, bedroom, dining, mattress, and accent furniture. As a Creative Production Assistant , you will support the team by handling day to day production tasks related to image processing, file organization and print signage preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate)
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (data merge experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable following structured processes and naming conventions
- Basic understanding of image resolution, file formats, and print requirements
- Reliable, organized, and deadline-oriented
Preferred Experience:
- IT knowledge
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketing environments
- Prior work supporting photographers, designers, or print production
- Basic knowledge of signage or large-format printing
