We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Onsite Leader
to oversee day-to-day workforce operations at our client warehouse facility.
In this client-facing role, you'll focus on building strong client relationships and coordinating closely with the recruiting team to ensure workforce needs are met effectively. To support success on the floor, a shift coach will be available during each shift to help manage associate engagement and deliver real-time feedback—so you can stay focused on leadership and strategic execution.
This role offers a full benefits package, paid vacation & personal time and pays up to $55,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for the client’s staffing and workforce needs

Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand evolving requirements

Lead, coach, and motivate a large team of hourly associates in a warehouse setting

Collaborate with the Recruiting team to fill job orders quickly and efficiently

Ensure accurate timekeeping, attendance, and performance tracking

Address associate issues promptly and professionally, escalate to leadership and HR teams as needed
- Conduct and facilitate check-ins that may occur Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends for your client starts each week.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Train and assess onsite staff members; provide developmental coaching and positive motivation as needed Run metric reports, analyze data, and prepare any additional report summaries to discuss any items addressed prior to attending client meetings.

Report on key operational metrics to both internal teams and the client

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Be available for after-hours escalations, including some nights/weekends
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in staffing, logistics, or warehouse operations

Strong leadership and people management skills in a warehouse environment

Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)

Proficient with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn experience is a plus) and excel

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
